Central Control includes a 30-day, fully functional and unrestricted trial period for users to evaluate the product before purchasing.

2. Refund Policy

Sales are typically final after delivery. However, we may review refund requests under specific circumstances. Refunds are not routine but may be approved at our discretion for situations such as:

• Duplicate purchases
• Accidental transactions where the license has not been activated
• Confirmed technical issues verified by our support team
